Will broadcasting get my number banned?
Not if you send to people who opted in, using templates Meta approved — which is what SendBlix enforces. We check your audience's consent and your template's category before a campaign goes out, and flag the problem while you can still fix it. Quality rating and blocked-user signals are surfaced in the dashboard, not hidden.
Do I need Meta Business Verification before I can start?
No. You can connect a number, send to a limited audience, and see the whole platform working before you verify. Verification is what raises your daily send limits, so it matters once you scale — and it is the first thing we walk through on the setup call.
Do I need a developer to connect WhatsApp?
No. SendBlix walks you through Business verification and template setup. Most teams are live in under a day, and a free setup call in Hindi or English is included if you would rather not do it alone.
I already use another WhatsApp provider — can I move?
Yes. Your number, your WhatsApp Business Account and your approved templates stay yours; migrating is a reconnection, not a rebuild. Bring your contacts as CSV and pick up where you left off.

Yes — using approved WhatsApp templates and opted-in audiences. We flag compliance problems before you send, not after.
