SendBlix billing cycle and invoices
When you are charged, how to view invoices, and updating billing details.
SendBlix bills on a monthly cycle starting from the date you first subscribed. Invoices are generated automatically and sent to your billing email.
Viewing invoices
Go to Billing > Invoices in your workspace to see all past invoices. Each invoice breaks down your platform fee and any Meta conversation charges.
Updating billing details
Update your billing email, GST number, company name, and payment method from Billing > Settings. Changes take effect on the next invoice.
