SendBlix can automatically send a birthday greeting template to contacts who have a date of birth stored in their profile.
Setting up birthday automation
1. Ensure contacts have a 'Date of birth' field populated. 2. Go to Auto-replies > New rule. 3. Set trigger type to 'Date field match' and select the birthday field. 4. Choose an approved birthday greeting template. 5. Set the send time (e.g., 9 AM on the birthday).
