Troubleshooting broadcast errors
Common error codes and how to resolve message delivery failures.
When a broadcast message fails to deliver, SendBlix logs the error code from Meta's API. Understanding these codes helps you diagnose and fix issues.
Common errors
131026: Message undeliverable (recipient's phone is off or number is invalid). 131047: Re-engagement message required (more than 24 hours since last interaction). 131051: Unsupported message type. 130472: Number not registered on WhatsApp.
Audience quota exceeded
If your campaign audience is larger than your remaining Meta messaging tier for the day, you may see: "Audience size exceeding remaining quota, some messages may not be delivered." Reduce the recipient count to your remaining daily limit or wait for the 24-hour window to reset. See How to increase your WhatsApp broadcast message limit in Help.
Resolution steps
For undeliverable messages, verify the phone number format includes the country code. For re-engagement errors, use an approved template instead of a session message. For unsupported types, check your template format.
