Canned messages for quick replies
Save pre-written responses for fast agent replies in the inbox.
Canned messages are saved text snippets that agents can insert into conversations with a keyboard shortcut. Unlike templates, canned messages are for session replies (within the 24-hour window) and do not need Meta approval.
Creating canned messages
Go to Settings > Canned Messages > Add new. Give it a shortcode (e.g., /greet) and write the message body. Agents type the shortcode in the inbox and it expands to the full message.
