Carousel template messages

Carousel templates let you send multiple cards that customers can swipe through. Each card can have its own image, body text, and buttons.

Structure

A carousel template has a body message (shown above the cards) and 2-10 cards. Each card has an image header, body text (up to 160 characters), and up to 2 buttons.

Use cases

Product catalogs, menu items, service packages, property listings, course options. Each card can link to a different URL or trigger a different quick reply.
