CleverTap integration
Use CleverTap segments to trigger targeted WhatsApp campaigns.
CleverTap is a customer engagement platform. Integrating it with SendBlix lets you trigger WhatsApp messages based on CleverTap segments and events.
Setup
1. In CleverTap, go to Settings > Channels > WhatsApp. 2. Add SendBlix as a WhatsApp provider using your API credentials. 3. Create a campaign in CleverTap and select WhatsApp as the channel. 4. Choose your SendBlix template and map user properties to template parameters.
