Getting started with the SendBlix platform
A guided tour of the dashboard, sidebar, and key features.
After creating your workspace and connecting WhatsApp, you will see the SendBlix dashboard. This page shows KPIs like total contacts, active campaigns, templates, and delivery rate.
Sidebar navigation
The sidebar gives you quick access to Inbox (real-time conversations), Campaigns (broadcast management), Templates (message templates), Contacts (customer database), Bots (chatbot flows), Analytics (delivery and engagement metrics), and Settings.
Recommended first steps
1. Import your first contacts via CSV or add them manually. 2. Create a template message and submit it for Meta approval. 3. Once approved, create a small test campaign. 4. Check Analytics after delivery to review read and reply rates.
