Creating media-based template messages

Media templates include a visual header (image, video, or PDF document) that makes your message more engaging.

Supported media types

Image: JPEG or PNG, max 5 MB. Video: MP4, max 16 MB. Document: PDF, max 100 MB. Media is uploaded when the template is used in a campaign, not during template creation.

Creating a media template

In the template editor, select 'Media' as the header type, choose your media format, and add a sample file for Meta review. The actual media is attached at send time during campaign creation.
