Migrate to SendBlix from another WhatsApp API provider

If you are currently using another WhatsApp Business API provider, you can migrate your phone number to SendBlix. The migration preserves your number's quality rating and messaging tier.

Migration steps

1. Request a number release from your current provider. 2. In SendBlix, go to Settings > WABA and start the Embedded Signup flow. 3. During setup, select the option to migrate an existing number. 4. Complete the OTP verification on the phone number. 5. Your number will be connected to SendBlix within minutes.

After migration

Re-import your contact lists via CSV. Previously approved templates may need to be re-created and re-submitted in SendBlix since templates are provider-specific.
