Payment reminders and failed payments

What happens when a payment fails and how to resolve it.

If your payment method fails on the billing date, SendBlix sends you an email notification. You have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method and retry.

Grace period

During the grace period, your workspace continues to function normally. If payment is not received within 7 days, your workspace is downgraded to the free tier.

Retrying payment

Go to Billing > Settings, update your card or payment method, and click 'Retry payment'. The charge will be processed immediately.
