Pricing updates and plan changes

SendBlix may update pricing periodically to reflect changes in Meta's conversation pricing or platform improvements. You will always be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.

Changing your plan

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Billing > Plans. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Cancellation

Cancel your subscription from Billing > Plans. Your workspace remains active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the free tier. All data is retained according to the retention policy.
