Adding buttons
In the template editor, add up to 3 quick reply buttons. Each button has a label (up to 25 characters). When tapped, the button text is sent as the customer's reply.
Using replies in chatbot flows
Quick reply responses can trigger chatbot flow branches. Map each button label to a flow path in the Bot editor to create interactive, guided conversations.
