Spam blocking and quality management

WhatsApp monitors user feedback (blocks and reports) to maintain platform quality. If too many recipients block or report your messages, your quality rating drops.

Quality rating levels

Green: high quality, no issues. Yellow: quality has decreased, review your content. Red: very low quality, messaging limits may be reduced. You can check your rating in Settings > WABA.

Recovery

Pause all broadcasts. Review recent templates for spammy content. Clean your contact list by removing unengaged or invalid numbers. Resume with smaller, more targeted sends.
