What if the verification button is greyed out?

Sometimes the 'Start Verification' button in Meta Business Suite appears greyed out or is not visible. This usually indicates a missing prerequisite.
Common causes
Your account does not have admin-level access (only admins can start verification). Business details are incomplete (name, address, phone, website). The account was recently created (wait 24-48 hours). Two-factor authentication is not enabled on your personal Facebook account.
Resolution
1. Ensure you are logged in as an admin of the Business account. 2. Complete all business details in Settings > Business Info. 3. Enable two-factor authentication on your personal Facebook account. 4. Wait 24-48 hours if the account is new. 5. Try a different browser or clear your cache.
