WhatsApp Business API uses conversation-based pricing set by Meta. A conversation is a 24-hour messaging window between your business and a customer.
Conversation categories
Meta defines four categories: Utility (order updates, account alerts), Authentication (OTP messages), Marketing (promotions, offers), and Service (customer-initiated support). Each category has different per-conversation rates that vary by country.
SendBlix platform fee
SendBlix charges a platform subscription fee separate from Meta's conversation charges. Your total cost is the SendBlix plan fee plus Meta conversation charges based on your usage.
