WhatsApp co-existence: everything you need to know

WhatsApp co-existence is a feature that lets you use both the WhatsApp Business App and the API on the same phone number. This means your team can use SendBlix for broadcasts and automation while still having the app for quick on-the-go replies.

How it works

When co-existence is enabled, messages are routed to both the app and the API. Replies sent from either channel are delivered to the customer. However, only one channel can manage chatbot flows at a time.

Limitations

Co-existence is still a Meta beta feature and may not be available in all regions. Some features like read receipts may behave differently. Contact SendBlix support to check availability for your account.
