Adding agents and managers to your workspace
Invite team members and assign them appropriate roles.
SendBlix supports multi-user workspaces with role-based access control.
Adding a team member
Go to Settings > Invites > Send invite. Enter the email address and select a role: Owner, Admin, Editor, or Viewer. The invitee receives an email with a link to join the workspace.
Role overview
Owner: full access including billing and destructive actions. Admin: manage users, integrations, and settings. Editor: manage campaigns, templates, contacts, and bots. Viewer: read-only access to all data.
