Adding contacts manually

You can add contacts one at a time for testing or when dealing with individual customer requests.

How to add

Go to Contacts > New contact. Enter the phone number with country code (e.g., +91 for India), name, email (optional), and any custom fields. Click 'Save'. The contact is immediately available for campaigns and inbox.
