Drag-and-drop chatbot flow builder

SendBlix's flow builder lets you design multi-step chatbot conversations using a visual drag-and-drop interface.

Building a flow

1. Go to Bots > New flow. 2. Add a trigger node (keyword match, first message, or button reply). 3. Connect message nodes with the conversation steps. 4. Add decision nodes for branching based on user replies. 5. Add action nodes for operations like adding tags or assigning to agents. 6. Publish the flow.

Testing

Use the built-in simulator to test your flow before publishing. Send test messages to your WhatsApp number to verify the live behavior.
