Custom contact fields
Add custom data fields to store business-specific information.
Beyond name, phone, and email, you can create custom fields to store any data relevant to your business: order ID, membership tier, location, etc.
Creating custom fields
Go to Settings > Contact fields > Add field. Choose a field type (text, number, date, dropdown) and name it. Custom fields appear in contact profiles and can be used as template parameters.
