SendBlix retains data according to your plan's retention window and applicable regulations.
Retention periods
Conversation messages: stored for the duration of your subscription. Analytics data: 12 months of detailed data, aggregated summaries beyond that. Contact data: retained until you delete the contact. Audit logs: 90 days.
