Deleting contacts
Remove contacts individually or in bulk.
You may need to delete contacts for data hygiene, compliance, or customer requests.
Individual deletion
Go to Contacts, find the contact, click into their profile, and click 'Delete contact'. Conversation history is also removed.
Bulk deletion
Select multiple contacts using checkboxes, then click 'Delete selected'. Confirm the action. This is irreversible.
