Importing contacts via CSV

For large contact lists, CSV import is the fastest method.

CSV format

Your CSV should have a header row. Required column: phone (with country code). Optional columns: name, email, and any custom fields you have configured. SendBlix auto-maps columns by header name.

Import process

1. Go to Contacts > Import. 2. Upload your CSV file. 3. Review the column mapping preview. 4. Choose whether to update existing contacts or skip duplicates. 5. Click 'Import'. Progress is shown in real time.
