Collecting opt-in

Use your website, app, or physical forms to collect consent. Record the opt-in source and timestamp in the contact record. SendBlix's widget and QR code features can help collect opt-ins.

Handling opt-out

When a customer replies with STOP or opts out, mark them in SendBlix to prevent future marketing messages. Utility and authentication messages can still be sent if they relate to an active transaction.
