Roles and permissions explained
Detailed breakdown of what each role can and cannot do.
SendBlix uses role-based access control (RBAC) to manage what each team member can access and modify.
Permission matrix
Owner: manage billing, delete workspace, all admin permissions. Admin: manage users, integrations, WABA settings, all editor permissions. Editor: create/edit campaigns, templates, contacts, bots, view analytics. Viewer: read-only access to all sections, cannot create or modify anything.
Changing roles
Owners and admins can change a team member's role from Settings > Team. Role changes take effect immediately.
